Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

This carport's concrete slab was cracked and sunken, creating a dangerous tripping hazard. Our crew was able to lift and level the concrete with PolyLevel injections. No more tripping hazards here! 

This concrete front porch started to sink away from the home. This dip was causing all kinds of problems, so we injected our PolyLevel foam underneath it. This lifted and stabilized the porch.

We repaired the cracking in this concrete patio slab by using our PolyLevel system and NexusPro sealant. PolyLevel is a strong, but light polyurethane formula that can permanently lift and stabilize the concrete. NexusPro seals and helps protect the concrete from further erosion, and can stand harsh conditions. 

Runoff and weathering washed away the ground under this concrete slab and caused it to sink and crack. We were able to protect the driveway from future problems by lifting and sealing it.

These concrete slabs had shifted and settled creating a completely unlevel walkway. These types of conditions create a dangerous tripping hazard and weaken the home's curb appeal. This process involves drilling tiny pea-sized holes throughout the slab and injecting them with a special lightweight polymer formula. The expansive properties of the formula allow for an accurate lifting of the slab without adding pressure or weight to the soils below.
