Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

The back patio on this house started to sink and shift away from the home. We injected our PolyLevel foam to stabilize and level it. Then, we sealed the cracks.

Over time the ground that this interior concrete slab was poured on settled and eroded away. This caused it to shift and sink. Our PolyLevel foam was able to lift it back into place and fill the void left under the slab, protecting it from future erosion.

We restored this damaged concrete walkway by leveling the slab using our PolyLevel injections and sealing the cracks with our NexusPro joint sealant. This walkway has now been protected against further sinking and cracks thanks to Carolina Basement Systems!

Runoff and weathering washed away the ground under this concrete slab and caused it to sink and crack. We were able to protect the driveway from future problems by lifting and sealing it.

This concrete driveway had uneven slabs throughout - creating dangerous tripping hazards. Our expert crew lifted and leveled the sunken slabs with the modern technology of PolyLevel. This involves drilling tiny pea-sized holes into the slab and injecting them with a special, ultra-lightweight polymer formula. The expansive properties in the formula allow for an accurate lift that doesn't add any weight or pressure to the troubled soils below.
