Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Statesville, NC reached out to Carolina Basement Systems with concerns about his home’s uneven concrete walkway. Our team used our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions to help lift this sunken concrete slab to its original level, and seal and protect against future soil erosion. The steps on the front porch of this home had been completely displaced. The resulting trip hazard and ugly appearance of the porch steps needed to be fixed. We repaired the steps by injecting PolyLevel underneath to lift and stabilize it. Then, we sealed the crack along the back with NexusPro which bound it together and waterproofed the seal.

We restored this damaged concrete walkway by leveling the slab using our PolyLevel injections and sealing the cracks with our NexusPro joint sealant. This walkway has now been protected against further sinking and cracks thanks to Carolina Basement Systems!

Over time the ground that this interior concrete slab was poured on settled and eroded away. This caused it to shift and sink. Our PolyLevel foam was able to lift it back into place and fill the void left under the slab, protecting it from future erosion.
