This home owner was having to sqeegee off his back porch after every rain because the dip in the concrete allowed for standing water. Luckily we got a crew out to him and leveled the slab with poly while still maintaining enough slope to run water away from the base of his home.
Settling dirt and years of erosion started to separate the concrete pavers that made this walkway. We fixed the whole thing by lifting it back into place and sealing it for the future.
The erosion under this front porch made it easy for the porch stairs and slab walkway to sink downhill. Since sever cracking was in its future, it was necessary to stabilize and lift the porch to keep it safe. We injected our PolyLevel foam to stabilize it and sealed the cracks with NexusPro.
The walkway outside this home had the dirt underneath it get washed away. This highly raised the risk of collapse and cracking. So, the homeowners wanted to find a way to support it. We injected our PolyLevel underneath to fill the void, stabilize, and protect these porch steps from further damage.
