Water seepage was flooding this basement and leaving behind mineral deposits. This leaking also made it easier for mold to grow and more difficult to ever finish the basement. After we installed those products, and some complimentary dehumidifying products, the basement was ready to go.

This basement was experiencing issues with moisture and humidity. The existing sump pump was failing to effectively remove collected water and needed an upgrade.
