Sometimes, burying a downspout and piping it to a needed location requires going under existing parts of the landscape. We routed this downspout correctly and re-poured the concrete that had to be removed.

The old sump pump system inside this home failed rather quickly and water was still being a problem. We installed our patented design and utilized the existing sump pump hole. Now the basement is safe and dry.

This basement posed a unique situation and had a massive need for waterproofing and humidity control. To protect the area fully, we needed to waterproof the area around the stairs.
