Among other issues, this basement's wall had started to bow inward. This risk of a wall collapse lead the homeowners to search for a solution. Fortunately, there are different types of solutions for this problem, and we installed a steal beam support that stabilized the cracking wall from further dislocation.
Sagging floors had plagued this home for a while and the homeowners tried a jack system that wasn't getting the job done. We replaced the system with our SmartJacks under a steel beam support. This is a more durable and effective way to hold the floor up.
While not the most pressing issue to this pool deck, the pool house was in definite need of repair. The rusty and makeshift truss along the top was concerning to the structural integrity. We re-worked it and installed a new steel I-beam to keep the roof up.
Among the many issues that water seepage had caused in this basement, the wall bowing and cracking was very noticeable. To avoid a future wall collapse, we installed our PowerBraces along the block walls. Now, this basement is secure and safe from its cracked walls.
The cracked walls along this basement were starting to shift and bow the foundation walls. We installed our CarbonArmor strips on the inside of this corner to keep it stabilized.
