A crawl space with inadequate support can lead to sagging floors like this crawl space, which compromise the structural integrity of a building. To address this issue, we installed our SmartJack system. The SmartJack system consists of steel support posts that are adjustable and designed to stabilize and level the floors. These posts are installed in the crawl space and provide additional support to the floor joists, preventing further sagging and restoring the structural stability of the building.
A new homeowner contacted our office to help level and stabilize their uneven bedroom floor. After assessing the space, it was discovered the crawl space support beams weren't adequately supporting the floor above. Our solution was to install our SmartJack System. SmartJacks are rust resistant, steel posts that are installed to permanently support and stabilize the sagging floor joists. Once installed, the floor was level and stabilized.
In Morrisville, NC, an apartment complex faced a daunting challenge: foundation settling had caused significant cracks and chimneys pulling away. As seen in the before photo, the distress was evident. Our solution? Installing Helical Piers, a reliable method to address and prevent further foundational issues. The after photo demonstrates the remarkable transformation – a solid, stabilized foundation promising peace and safety to residents
A customer had a foundation wall that was cracked and bowing. Our team installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses high-strength carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall with epoxy. The straps stabilize the wall and prevent further movement, effectively reinforcing the structure and restoring its integrity.
We installed our foundation pier system to stabilize a customer's sinking foundation because it provides a permanent solution to address foundation settlement. The system works by transferring the weight of the structure to stable soil layers deep below the surface, preventing further sinking and restoring the foundation to its original position. This approach ensures long-term stability and protects the structural integrity of the property.
