The poorly protected crawl space under this home had major moisture problems. We cleared out the failing insulation and plastic covering and replaced it with SilverGlo thermal wall insulation and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. This wrapped and sealed crawl space will now keep moisture out of the air drying out the air and keeping the temperature more consistent.

Despite needing to be sealed completely, the homeowners wanted to start with waterproofing the perimeter. So, we installed our EZflow drainage system and sump pump to collect unwanted water and send it away from the home.

This moldy and damp crawl space was in big trouble. Our crew removed the mold and installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system so that moisture, humidity, mold, and musty odors would never be a threat to this home again.
