This crawl space was damp, dirty, and very humid. Our crew fixed it all up with a CleanSpace encapsulation to seal, cover, and protect the space from experiencing any mold, musty odors, or water damage in the future. 

We installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting and CleanSpace liner to seal and protect this crawlspace from water that was seeping through. Our expert team also equipped this previously moist and humid crawlspace with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier that will eliminate high humidity, mold growth, musty odors, and dust mites.

Water intrusion started to increase mold growth and cause musty air flow. We waterproofed the perimeter and sealed the room to dehumidify and protect it from high humidity.

This crawl space received a full encapsulation with our CleanSpace liner. This is the strongest vapor barrier on the market and is specially designed to reduce moisture, seal out cold winter drafts, and protect the crawl space from water vapors.
