Moisture was ruining this crawl space. We cleaned it up and sealed it off from the moisture at every point which saves the efficiency and structural integrity of the home.

This formerly wet and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Once installed, it provides the ultimate protection against moisture and humidity. 

We installed graphite-impregnated SilverGlo insulation boards to the walls of this crawl space. Made up of inorganic materials, SilverGlo does not hold any moisture. SilverGlo acts as a vapor barrier on the walls and also provides an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation. Paired with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, moisture, humidity, nor cold drafts stand a chance against this crawl space now!

This troubled crawl space was a musty wet mess. The support beams were begining to weaken, causing the floors above to become bouncy and doors to stick closed. Our crew installed a SmartJack system to permanently stabilize the home's foundation and a CleanSpace encapsulation system to seal and protect the crawl space from moisture and humidity.
