This porch started to sink and crack which caused trip hazards and made it difficult to use properly. We were able to lift it back to its original pour line and seal the cracks that had formed. Our process, utilizing PolyLevel, also stabilizes the entire porch and helps prevent further sinkage.
Years of erosion and settlement started to crack this sinking concrete driveway. To repair it without having to repouring the entire thing, we injected PolyLevel foam underneath to lift and stabilize the slab and sealed the remaining cracks with NexusPro sealant to hold it together.
Settlement under this concrete driveway started to cause sinking and was separating the slabs. So, we pumped our PolyLevel foam underneath it to support the driveway and sealed the cracks in NexusPro to hold the driveway together.
The unsettled dirt underneath this concrete sidewalk caused major shifting and cracking. When we went inside to waterproof the home, we also level this concrete slab to eliminate the hazard.
The concrete patio behind this home was holding up an added-on sunroom. The pressure from this and the erosion from runoff started to cause cracking. We injected PolyLevel to fill in any void and then sealed the existing crack with NexusPro which sealed and waterproofed the crack.
