Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement was poorly damaged via water that was coming in from cracks in the walls and gaps between the basement floor and walls. Our crew sealed and protected the walls with the ultra-durable CleanSpace liner and installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to capture water at its entry point. Water damage is a worry of the past for this basement!

Water kept coming through the block walls and would flood the basement after heavy rains. We installed our interior waterproofing system around the perimeter and sealed the walls off from moisture.

These troubled basement walls were regularly seeping water and has caused visible (and smelly) damage to the basement. Our crew waterproofed this area by installing a CleanSpace wall system and WaterGuard drainage system. CleanSpace is an ultra-durable vapor barrier that seals and protects the wall from water. WaterGuard is a subfloor drainage system designed to capture water at its entry point, before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors. No more musty water damage for this basement!

This over 100-year-old home was experiencing some foundational settlement due to a high amount of moisture getting inside of the crawl space. Our amazing team of basement professionals removed all debris, permanently stabilized the foundation, and finished the job with a complete encapsulation to seal, cover, and protect the space from any future water damage. 

The block walls in this basement were soaking up water and leaking into the basement. We drilled weep holes at the bottom to stop the water from bottling up inside the wall and to flow into our drainage system instead. From there, the water is flushed outside using our patented TripleSafe sump pump.
