This formerly wet and musty basement was having regular issues with flooding, which was creating a very musty and problematic environment. The water seepage in this basement posed a unique problem because of its finished walls. In a few places we had to strip sheetrock back to install the interior drainage. The room housing the water filter and other utilities was particularly prone to high humidity and made it a perfect place to install the sump pump and SaniDry dehumidifier.

A previously installed waterproofing system in this home's basement had become obsolete. During big storms with power outages, the system would occasionally fail, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump with a battery backup and a vapor barrier to ensure that water is dealt with no matter what.

Excess efflorescence and water seepage was coming through this basement in Lewisville. We waterproofed the interior of the basement to keep water where it belongs, outside.
