Water leaks plagued this basement. The before photo demonstrates how our waterproofing looks during installation and makes it easy to visualize how water will flow into the sump pump. Once it’s finished the floor is flush and ready to stay dry.

This wet basement was having regular issues with flooding, creating  a very musty and humid environment. Our expert crew installed our top-rated UltraSump pump with battery backup to prevent flooding from ever happening again. This system features an automatic switch that turns on the battery backup if the power goes out. The UltraSump can remove up to 12,000 gallons of water on a single battery.

This wet and dirty basement had struggled with flooding for many years, creating a humid and musty environment. We sealed the walls with our ultra-durable CleanSpace wall system to cover and protect them from moisture and humidity.  Lastly, our interior subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed along the perimeter to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors! Water doesn't stand a chance against this basement now.

The water seepage in this basement posed a unique problem because of its finished walls. In a few places we had to strip sheetrock back to install the interior drainage. The room housing the water filter and other utilities was particularly prone to high humidity and made it a perfect place to install the sump pump and SaniDry dehumidifier.
