I would like to sincerely thank your company for standing by its warranty and providing great service. Many other companies likely would not have followed through, especially over the course of 3.5 years. While there were some mistakes made at the beginning, as well as new problems found, your company took ownership and worked to find solutions to make it right. Andrew especially was amazing to work with. He was communicative, on time, and friendly, even when dealing with frustrating situations. I cannot thank him enough for the effort he put into making me a satisfied customer. I would recommend Andrew and Carolina Basements to others needing work on their homes. Thank you!! I can finally enjoy my basement :)
