What made you choose our company:

We had another company in mind for our bid... Wasn't impressed at all with what they had to offer. , and we saw that they were not interested in our need just, and were just looking for the highest cost product to be installed, which wasn't needed...Why would I want a drain system installed in we don't have not one drop of water or draining..... this was a RED FLAG TO US. Then you came Carolina Basement Systems.. Our Inspector was Patrick Valente, right off the back he saw that we didn't need an extensive draining system, because our basement was dry. Patrick saw what we needed .. and wasn't just trying to make a Sale on something that was needed...this is why we selected Carolina Basement Systems... Thank you Patrick..
