Had the encapsulation to crawl space September 2020. Had the annual maintenance September 1, 2021. Alex with Carolina Basement systems applied the mold treatment, he recommended was needed.He shied us the pictures of mold on the beams, so we know it was a needed application . He was very knowledgeable and polite and cleaned up. A keeper!
