The final bill that I paid the tech did not include the $275 discount that had been given to me at time of contract but I was given the $275 credit back to my Visa as soon as notifying the company.

Matched previous estimate as other company and also find other damage that was not found by other company. I do wish they had found the rest of the foundation damage when first checked and then I could have been fixed at that time. This may have saved me money when the inspection was done for the sale of the property 9 months later.
