Multiple factors. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, knowledgeable, and genuine. The only issue was with the scheduling. It did not seem like everyone was on the same page with scheduling, but it all worked out. I was able to afford what was needed and I was not harassed to purchase beyond my budget.
