Our SaniDry dehumidifying air system is designed to dehumidify and filter out the air inside of protected basements and crawl spaces. In this basement, after we waterproofed and applied a vapor barrier to the walls, the SaniDry dehumidifier is the last line of defense in keeping moisture out of the basement's air.

This troubled crawl space was wet and musty, causing the floor joists to weaken and the floors above to sag. We permanently stabilized the sinking floors by installing SmartJacks. Then, we sealed, covered, and protected the crawl space from any moisture or humidity with our ultra-durable CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. These porch steps started to sag and sink away from the rest of the porch. We pumped our PolyLevel foam underneath it to provide a slight lift back into place and to stabilize it from future sinking.

This exposed crawl space was sagging and starting to grow mold. We jacked the floor with our SmartJacks and dehumidified the crawl to keep the air clean and dry.

This troubled crawl space had rotten support posts that were causing the floors of the home above to sag and sink down. Our crew installed a 26 SmartJacks to permanently stabilize this home's foundation. These high-capacity steel piers are fully adjustable. They will stop settlement and lift floors back to their original position.
