These porch steps started to sag and sink away from the rest of the porch. We pumped our PolyLevel foam underneath it to provide a slight lift back into place and to stabilize it from future sinking.
This exposed crawl space was sagging and starting to grow mold. We jacked the floor with our SmartJacks and dehumidified the crawl to keep the air clean and dry.
This home in Elk Park, NC was experiencing serious foundation failure along a load-bearing exterior wall. The soil had washed out and eroded, leaving the concrete footing exposed and unsupported. As the ground continued to shift, the foundation began to crack and separate, putting stress on the stone façade and threatening the stability of the structure above.
Our team installed a series of Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the failing section of the home. After excavating the problem area, each pier was driven deep into load-bearing soil to transfer the home’s weight off the failing foundation and onto stable strata. This process halts settlement, restores structural support, and prevents future movement caused by weak or eroded soils.
The middle of this block wall started to crack and bow inward. To take the pressure off the wall, we supported it with our CarbonArmor strips and waterproofed the interior with WaterGuard.
We cleaned out and installed our vapor barrier, wall insulation, and a dehumidifying air system to combat the water moisture issues.
