Humidity, mold growth, and a ripping plastic covering was starting to create problems for this crawl space. It was only a matter of time before the thin plastic would fail and bring the home under code and cause problems such as mold growth from high humidity. We installed our CleanSapce vapor barrier which is designed to protect crawl spaces from moisture getting into the air, and it is extremely durable.

This formerly damp and moldy basement got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace wall system. After treating and removing all mold, the walls were then sealed with our CleanSpace. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Paired with WaterGuard, our interior subfloor drainage system - moisture nor mold stand a chance in this basement now. 

Water seepage was slowly ruining this basement. We installed our interior drainage system along the perimeter of the walls to collect and remove unwanted water.

Basement flooding and mold growth persisted through the existing sump pump system in this home. The system was old and outdated. We installed our patented and tested TripleSafe sump pump that reliably keeps water out of the home.

This finished basement's exterior waterproofing failed and flooded the basement. It ruined the flooring and risked mold growth behind the wall. We did what was required to install a manageable waterproofing system that will keep water out of the basement long term. Now, the basement can be re-finished in confidence.
