Standing water, mold growth, and a musty smell plagued this basement. The homeowner felt that the condition of the basement was only getting worse, so she contracted with us after considering several other contractors. We waterproofed her basement from the interior with a WaterGuard system that catches water as it comes through the block walls and runs it to a pump that expels the water away from the base of the home.

This basement was extremely messy and was plagued by constant water intrusion. To solve this problem, we installed our WaterGuard drainage waterproofing system around the perimeter and CleanSpace vapor barrier to the walls. This keeps water out of the basement, collects it, and then disposes of the water outside the home.

Bowing and cracking began to appear on this block wall and made the basement at risk for a wall collapse. We stabilized the wall with our CarbonArmor straps.

Our crew installed a sub-floor drainage systems called, WaterGuard, that is specially designed to capture water at its entry point. They then wrapped the walls in the ultra-durable CleanSpace liner to seal and protect the walls. Water no longer stands a chance against this basement!
