Our trained experts here at CBS got right to work. Our team installed two SmartJack supports in the crawlspace under where the home was sinking down. Our large-capacity steel piers are designed to stop settling and even raise dipping floors back to their proper level. The SmartJacks are also fully adjustable, which means the piers may be easily adjusted if any future settling were to occur. This means permanent foundation stability forever!

The driveway of this home was a very large amount of poured concrete, and over time it eventually started to crack and sink. These problem areas were making it difficult to use effectively and started to ruin the aesthetic as well. To solve the problem, the homeowner had us inspect and ultimately install our PolyLevel and NexusPro products.

Our crew went out and strategically drilled holes into the concrete driveway that let them pump liquid PolyLevel under the concrete slabs. This is done to fill the void underneath the driveway that has let the concrete slip and sink away. Once the poly filled the voids, it began to harden and lift the concrete back into place as well as stabilizing it. To finish the work, we patch the drilled holes with concrete and seal the cracks with NexusPro to bind the concrete together and waterproof it for the future.

When the job was finished, the homeowner was thrilled to see his driveway back in working order. Most of the severe slopping was resolved and we sealed and leveled the aging slabs.

Once the slab floors began to take on water, it was only a matter of time before it started to crack. This basement had previously been waterproofed and protected against high humidity, but the remnants of the water seepage had remained in the form of these floor cracks.

We provided our expertise and patented products to fix the issue. Sealing the cracks with NexusPro not only held the floor together once again, it also waterproofed the cracks in the concrete. Now, the basement floor will be fully protected moving forward and the homeowner can have peace of mind when deciding to finish the basement.

This solution was a part two of our original waterproofing job, and the homeowner was thrilled that we finished all the work in a timely manner and did not waste his time with scheduling errors.
