Constant influxes of water in the ground around the basement in this home started to cause a few issues. The pressure started to crack a portion of the wall and water was seeping through the block walls into the basement. This also put the home at risk of a wall collapse and mold growth from the high humidity.

We inspected the basement and proposed a solution. This solution would waterproof the perimeter of the basement, making it perfectly functional again.
