Our TrenchDrain system effectively captures surface water and features a unique and durable design that will never crack or dent. Its grated cover can be removed for easy cleaning of the drainage channel, so clogging is never a worry! To divert water away from the home's foundation, our crew also installed buried downspouts with patented LawnScape outlets to the ends of the gutter discharge lines. This prevents water collected in the gutters from being dumped directly onto the home's foundation.

The concrete slab patio outside this home stated to crack and shift. Erosion underneath the poured slab left a void that caused these shifts. We were able to level it back into place and seal the cracks.

Our PolyLevel solution is a polyurethane liquid that quickly hardens in a chemical reaction to fill voids. When we pumped this under the slab, it hardened to lift the slab back into place and stabilize the concrete from further sinking. After that, we used NexusPro to seal the cracks. This product is waterproof and extremely durable which allows it to hold the cracked concrete slabs tightly together.

After we finished, the homeowners were very happy with the results. This process was quick and performed exactly as expected.
