Next, they installed our subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, around the perimeter of the basement where the wall and floor meet. Once installed to the walls it seals, covers, and protects them from any moisture or humidity.  A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system was added to eliminate musty odors and prevent mold growth. Lastly, to divert water away from the home's foundation the crew installed buried downspouts with LawnScape outlets.

Water was flooding through this basement and leaving behind nasty remnants. We waterproofed the entire basement to protect it from future water seepage and damage.

The system was seamlessly installed under the basement floor and sends a discharge line outside of the home. After we finished, the homeowners were happy with the practical and visual results.

A crowded basement like this one was can be good at hiding issues, but when they do surface its usually not good. There were boxes stacked all along the walls and most of the floor was dirty.
