Water seepage made storing items in this basement difficult. To reduce the risk of ruining these items, the homeowners contacted us to find a permanent solution.

The main floor of this home started to sag a little. We used a laser level and a physical level to confirm where and how much the floor was sloping. We found that the sag was there and that there were some concerns with the piers under the home.
You can see that the weight of the house was not being properly supported, so we installed SmartJacks along the floor joists. Some of the jacks went along with the wooden beams where others needed to be installed across the floor joists with a metal beam support.
Once we adjusted our SmartJacks, the floor was completely stabilized and protecting from further sagging.
