Once water got into this crawl space, it started to increase mold growth and made the air extremely musty. This moisture was bad for the health of the home and needed to be fixed. We encapsulated the entire crawl space to protect it against the intruding moisture.
Our SilverGlow wall insulation keeps the air inside the crawl space warm and less affected from outside air temps. The CleanSpace vapor barrier is a durable barrier to keep moisture out of the air and in the ground. Underneath that vapor barrier runs the EZflow to capture water and send it to the sump pump which pumps out the water seepage. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity low.
The newly encapsulated crawl space was sealed and protected, and the homeowners loved it.
