Slight water seepage was becoming evident on the walls of this basement. Water stains and mold growth were the major indicators that water was finding its way into the block walls. The homeowners wanted to finish their basement and not have to worry about leaks coming in behind the sheetrock walls or under the flooring. So, they hired us to install our interior waterproofing system.
We installed WaterGuard drainage, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifying air system. This solution collects water before it gets into the basement and keeps the area and air dry. It then pumps the water outside away from the home. The SaniDry dehumidifier also does a great job at keeping the air dry and clean. Our system is also very easy to service and keep running correctly, so whenever the homeowners decide to finish their basement, they can be confident that our system will keep the water away from the inside of the home.
