The pool outside this home had started to experience many problems from years of rain and erosion. The concrete pool deck was cracking and shifting as well as the shelter outside had begun to rust. The metal trusses running under the metal roof were so rusted that it was risky to be under the shelter. The homeowner wanted us to solve all these issues for them.
So, we did, and we pumped PolyLevel under the pool deck to stabilize it and sealed the cracks. We also replaced the metal truss with a new stainless steal beam to support the roof. This job was very straight forward but is just another example of how rainwater can impact the health of areas around the home.
