Permanent Stabilization
To replace the broken floor joists and permanently stabilize the sagging floors above, our crew installed SmartJacks throughout the crawl space. These fully adjustable steel piers stop settlement in its tracks and raise the floors back to their original position.
Humidity Control
To properly control the humidity and moisture within the crawl space, our crew sealed all the vents. Ventilation is not needed within a crawl space, and rather just acts as an entrance for insects, critters, water, and debris.

It can take up to 100 pints of water per day while only using the same amount of energy as a 40 pint dehumidifier. Made from indestructible PVC plastic, our EverLast crawl space door will never warp, crack, deteriorate, or require maintenance. Its airtight and watertight design prevents insects, critters, moisture, humidity, and winter drafts from penetrating past the crawl space entrance.
