This is an uninsulated, unsealed, and moist crawlspace that isn't properly supporting the flooring above it.
Floor Support and Waterproofing
Pictured here is our SmartJack system with steel supplemental beams used to permanently stabilize the sinking floors of the house. Also wrapped in our CleanSpace encapsulation system to cover, protect and seal this space from any water vapors in the ground below.
Drainage System
The WaterGuard drainage system was installed around the perimeter of the area to capture water before it reaches the crawlspace floor and redirect it to the sump pump. The TrenchDrain will catch surface water at stairways or doorways and has a removable cover for easy cleaning.
Dehumidifier
This SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system that will prevent mold and rid of nasty odors providing dry healthy comfort to the homeowners.
IceGuard
Pictured here is our exterior discharge line with IceGuard. This maintenance free system allows water to effectively discharge even when the line itself is frozen!
