Digging Under the Home
In order to install helical piers there needs to be space around the home to dig underneath the foundation. Here are two piers on the back wall already drove into place.

This home had the most trouble of the this corner of the house. The cracking along this wall was the worst but this pier is now releasing the excess pressure put on it.

Once the home is stabilized the dug up areas are back filled to look as good as new.
