Corner Cracks
As the foundation settled the corner of the exterior wall cracked to release the pressure.
Side Wall Crack
The crack from the corner continued down the side of the wall.
Corner Cracks After House Lift
Once we installed helical piers and hydroelectrically lifted the foundation back into place the gaps in the cracks closed.
Brick Wall Cracks After Lift
The piers are installed strategically around the base of the home to achieve the needed support and lift as seen along the side wall as well.
Re-poured Sidewalk and Back Fill
Once the foundation was lifted we filled in where we dug out to install the piers. We also re-poured the concrete area that we had to dig up as well.
