The customer had issues with moisture and musty odors in their crawl space. After assessing the problem, our team decided to encapsulate the space using the EZ-Flow drainage system to manage water, the CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture and mold growth, the TripleSafe Sump pump to efficiently remove any water that enters, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the air dry. Outside the home, we installed exterior discharge lines with an IceGuard system to ensure water is directed away from the foundation even in freezing conditions, and three LawnScape outlets to divert water away from the foundation, ensuring the surrounding area remains dry and stable. This comprehensive repair effectively manages water both inside and outside the home, ensuring a dry and healthy crawl space.

Water Management with TripleSafe

The TripleSafe Sump pump features three pumps: a primary pump for normal water flow, a secondary pump for increased water flow or primary pump failure, and a battery-operated backup pump for power outages. The UltraSump 4 is a battery backup system that ensures the sump pump continues to operate during power outages, providing additional protection against flooding and moisture issues.
