Debris Removal
Before the crew got started encapsulating the crawl space, they first removed all the debris to ensure all areas could be sealed properly.
Encapsulated & Stabilized Crawl Space
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier fastened throughout the crawl space to prevent moisture from passing through. Ez-Flow Drainage system to collect water from the space and divert it to the sump system, and out of the space. The SmartJack Support System will permanently stabilize the crawl space as well as level the sagging floors above and the SaniDry Sedona will eliminate moisture and humidity from the crawl space.

Preparing to Encapsulate
After sealing the vents to prevent outside elements from passing through and into the crawl space, the crew is ready to install drainage matting on the ground to prevent water from pooling and flooding the space.
CleanSpace Liner
Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System is tightly fastened to the floor and piers in the crawl space. This 20 mil durable liner also has an antimicrobial additive built into the liner that prevents mold growth.
TrenchDrain System
To divert water away from the foundation, the crew installed our TrenchDrain system.

Buring Downspout
Water collected from outside the parking port and inside the crawl space is removed through the discharge line. To ensure the line doesn't get clogged, a LawnScape Outlet was installed at the end.
