Crawl Space Encapsulation
We encapsulated the crawl space with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. It seals and protects the floors, walls, and piers from moisture and humidity.
Crawl Space Insulation
SilverGlo insulation boards were installed along the crawl space walls. These graphite-impregnated boards are made entirely of inorganic materials that won't hold moisture or support mold growth, all while providing an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation to the crawl space.
Floor-Stabilizing Solutions
We permanently stabilized the sinking floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers stop settlement in its tracks and even lifted the floors above back to their original position.
