Drainage Matting
The CleanSpace drainage matting is laid out along the ground of the crawl space. Its dimpled design prevents water from pooling around the foundation underneath the vapor barrier.
Crawl Space Waterproofing
SilveGlo insulation boards were installed on the crawl space walls, and the remaining areas were sealed with the ultra-durable CleanSpave vapor barrier. To prevent flooding, the TripleSafe sump pump with UltraSump battery back up was added in the lowest sitting corner of the crawl space.
