Drainage Matting
Before sealing off the crawl space with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier, we lay out our patented drainage matting along the floor. Its dimpled design directs collected away from the foundation and to the nearest sump pump or drainage system for safe and effective removal. This system prevents pools of water from sitting along the foundation of the home.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the strongest vapor barrier on the market. Once installed, it seals, covers and protects the area from any moisture, humidity, or winter drafts - providing a healthy and dry environment throughout.
Crawl Space Waterproofing
Our graphite-impregnated SilverGlo insulation was installed along the walls. Its built-in radiant heat barrier surface provides an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation to the home. Its waterproof materials won't hold any moisture and actually act as a vapor barrier to the crawl space walls. Also pictured here is our highly-efficient SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system. Once installed, it eliminates musty odors, prevents mold, and provides healthy dry air throughout.
TripleSafe Sump Pump with Battery Backup
Our top-rated TripleSafe sump pump features a three-pump system that automatically adjusts to the current pumping requirements of the environment. This includes a battery-powered pump to protect against flooding during a power outage.
Diverting Water from Foundation
To divert water away and prevent the gutter discharge lines from dumping directly onto the foundation, we installed buried downspout extensions with patented LawnScape outlets. Our LawnScape outlet prevents the discharge line from clogging all while its subtle design blends in with landscaping.
