Troubled Crawl Space
This troubled crawl space was humid, musty, and had pools of standing water sitting throughout. These types of conditions can lead to serious issues like mold, mildew, foundation failure, and much more!
Sealed Vents
In order to most effectively control humidity and moisture within the crawl space, you musty isolate the crawl space from the earth. The first step of this is properly sealing all vents. Ventilation is not needed within a crawl space and is just an open space for moisture, humidity, critters, and insects to seep through.
Drainage Matting
Our patented drainage matting is laid out along the ground to prevent pools of standing water from sitting throughout the foundation underneath the vapor barrier. Its dimpled design directs water away from the foundation and towards an interior drainage system or sump pump for safe and effective removal.
CleanSpace
Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the strongest vapor barrier on the market. Once installed, it seals, covers and protects the area from any moisture, humidity, or winter drafts.
SuperSump Pump System
Our top-rated SuperSump system features a cast iron pump and built-in alarm system to alert when water levels have risen too high. Its strong and airtight lid is child-safe and keeps out insects, odors, and radon gas.
SaniDry Sedona
Our SaniDry Sedona is the world's most efficient dehumidifier and air purification system. It's specially designed to eliminate musty odors, prevent mold growth, and provide clean healthy air throughout the crawl space.
Buried Downspouts
To protect the foundation and keep surrounding soils dry and strong, our crew installed buried downspouts with patented LawnScape outlets to the sump pump discharge line. This diverts water away from being dumped directly onto the home's foundation.
