Crawl Space Cleanup
First step of waterproofing the wet and musty crawl space was to remove all debris - which included mostly fallen fiberglass insulation. Fiberglass is an inefficient form of insulation that holds on to moisture and can act as a breeding ground for insects and critters.
Crawl Space Waterproofing
Now that the fiberglass was gone, we replaced it with the superior SilverGlo crawl space insulation. SilverGlo combines highly effective graphite-impregnated insulation with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface, and its waterproof materials allow it to act as a vapor barrier to the crawl space walls. Our crew prepared to install our UltraSump pump to the lowest corner of the crawl space, and drainage matting was laid out along the ground to direct collected water to the future sump location.
Dry Healthy Crawl Space
Our UltraSump pump with battery backup protects your crawl space from flooding - even during a power outage. It can remove up to 12,000 gallons of water on a fully charged battery! The remaining exposed areas of the crawl space were sealed with our ultra-durable CleanSpace liner. Made from 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market.

Our interior subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, is specially engineered to capture water before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors. Its patented subtle design then directs collected water to the sump pump for safe and effective removal.
