CleanSpace Drainage Matting
Our CleanSpace Drainage Matting is placed along the floor of the crawl space, under the CleanSpace vapor barrier. Its dimpled design directs water away from the floor of the crawl space and towards a sump pump or drainage system so that there is no water pooling beneath the vapor barrier.

Buried Downspouts
To keep the soils surrounding the home dry and prevent them from weakening due to excess moisture, we diverted water away from the home's foundation by installing buried downspouts with patented LawnScape outlets to the ends of the discharge lines.
