These high-capacity and fully-adjustable steel piers are specially designed to stop settling and raise floors back to their original position.
Drainage Matting System
This matting is designed to drain water from underneath the vapor barrier, so there's never standing water in the crawl space.
Liner & Insulation
SilverGlo insulation is added to the walls to create a barrier that will help protect the space from winter drafts and water vapors. CleanSpace liner is installed on the floor and around the piers to control humidity and seal off the crawl space.
Finished Product!
The final element was to hook up the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and filtration system. This product will help stop mold growth, eliminate musty odors, and rid of muggy feelings caused by high humidity.
