This crawl space was not properly protected or sealed off and therefore was experiencing some bad moisture problems.
CleanSpace Liner
Pictured here on the wall is our CleanSpace liner. It is the most durable water vapor barrier on the market. It will protect this space from any water vapors in the ground that try to seep through the walls.
Drainage Matting
Here you can see the piers wrapped in CleanSpace liner to help control the moisture as well as the drainage matting on the ground. Drainage matting is installed underneath the liner to capture and redirect any water collected away from the crawl space.
Sump Pump with Battery Backup
The sump pump's job is to pump all water collected within the area up and away from the home's foundation. The battery backup system is designed to ensure that the pump will always be working, even when power might be out from a bad storm.
