Dirty and Wet Corner
The block wall in this crawl space was showing signs of major water seepage, and the exposed ground exacerbates the problem with ground water coming up.
Crawl Space Clutter
The clutter and trash that is kept inside the crawl space makes it easy for critters to nest but also to tear the plastic covering. This allows moisture to get inside and facilitates mold growth.
Sealed CleanSpace inside Crawl Space
With everything removed and CleanSpace installed, the moisture from the ground will have a much more difficult time getting into the air.
Wrapped Piers
A part of our process is to partially wrap piers in CleanSpace as well. This practice is to keep water from wicking into the block from the ground and get into the air that way.
