Back Wall of the Crawl Space
The crawl space was in complete disarray and had no protection against humidity, flooding, or insulating against temperature changes.
Thermal Insulation
To protect the crawl space air from outside factors we installed our SilverGlo wall insulation which is designed to do exactly that.
SaniDry Sedona Installation
To keep the newly protected crawl space dry overtime we installed our air dehumidifying system. This SaniDry dehumidifier was developed to keep crawl spaces dry through all four seasons.
Super Sump Waterproofing
On top of all the measures taken to keep the air dry and the dampness out, we waterproofed the crawl space. Under the vapor barrier, which we also installed, runs our drainage matting and EZflow that collects intruding water and sends it into the sump pump to be pumped out and does is not allowed to stand inside the crawl space.
