Concrete Patio Supporting Sunroom
The pressure applied to the downstairs patio from the above sunroom was assisting in shifting and cracking of the concrete slab.
Cracked Concrete Patio
Runoff from water also eroded underneath the slab which made it easy for gravity to crack the concrete.
Stabilizing the Slab with PolyLevel
To keep the slab from sinking anymore, we pumped PolyLevel foam underneath the slab. This stabilizes the patio and resists sinking.
Sealed and Stabilized Concrete Patio
After stabilizing the slab, we cleaned up the access foam and sealed the crack with NexusPro. The crack is now sealed and waterproofed, and the downstairs patio is better protected from stress cracking.
