Basement Waterproofing
The CleanSpace wall system was installed to seal, cover, and protect the basement walls from any moisture trying to seep through. The interior, subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed to capture water at it's entry point.
Dry Basement
The UltraSump pump system was installed to protect this basement from flooding. Equipped with a backup battery, you home will still receive protection even during the case of a power outage!
Diverting Water from Foundation
To divert water away from this home's foundation, we installed buried downspout extensions with LawnScape outlets to the gutter discharge lines.
