Basement Waterproofing
The CleanSpace wall system was installed to seal and protect the basement walls from any moisture that tried to seep through. The interior, subfloor, drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to touch the basement floors!
Dry and Healthy Basement
The TripleSafe sump pump system was installed to protect the basement from flooding - even during the case of a power outage. The high-capacity SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system was added to eliminate musty odors and promote dry and healthy air throughout the basement.
Diverting Water from the Foundation
To divert water away from the foundation, we installed buried downspout extensions with LawnScape outlets to the gutter discharge lines.
