Crawl Space Encapsulation
The crawl space was encapsulated with our SilverGlo insulation boards and CleanSpace vapor barrier. Thus, providing the ultimate protection against moisture, humidity, and cold drafts.
Basement Waterproofing
The interior, subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed along the perimeter of the basement where the floors meet the wall. It's specially designed to capture water along its entry point, before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors.
TrenchDrain
The TrenchDrain was installed along this opening to effectively capture surface water around the doorway and direct it to the sump pump.
Dry and Healthy Basement
The TripleSafe sump pump system features a three-pump system that will automatically adjust to the current pumping requirements of the area - providing the ultimate basement flood protection. Paired here with our SaniDry Sedona that eliminates musty odors and ensures healthy and dry air throughout the basement.
Diverting Water from the Foundation
To divert water away from the foundation, we installed buried downspout extensions to both the sump pump and gutter discharge lines.
