Interior Drainage System
WaterGuard is a subfloor interior drainage system that is installed around the perimeter of the basement where the floor meets the walls. Its specially designed to capture water at its entry point, and direct it to the sump pump.
TrafficDrain
The TrafficDrain is installed in front of the stairway to capture surface water along this opening. Its rugged plastic design will not crack or dent and the cover can be removed for easy cleaning.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump features a three-pump system that automatically adjusts to the current pumping requirements of the area. This includes a battery-powered pump that turns on in the case of a power outage.
Buried Downspout Extensions
To divert water away from the foundation, the crew installed buried downspout extensions to the sump pump and gutter discharge lines. LawnScape outlets were added to the ends of the pipe to prevent clogging from debris or leaves.
